Chris Brockett

Head of Funds Management

Chris has over 18 years across funds management, investment strategy, capital transactions and development in both the listed and unlisted REIT sectors, being responsible for funds under management of $1.7bn involving managing financial and asset performance, valuations and investor relations. Chris was previously the Fund Manager of the ASX-listed Dexus Convenience Retail REIT (ASX: DXC), and prior to that held senior positions at Vicinity Centres. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Tom Forest

Head of Asset Management

Tom has more than 21 years’ experience in property with a broad range of experience across acquisition, divestment, valuation, development, and asset management in Australia. Tom is responsible for the Asset Management team across all the Bayley Stuart portfolio and had prior roles with Investa, APN Property Group Ltd (now Dexus), Vicinity Centres and m3 Property in a variety of roles as a fund manager, asset / investment manager, capital transaction manager.

James Wright

Head of Capital Transactions

James has more than 18 years’ experience in property with a broad range of experience across acquisition, divestment, valuation, development and asset management in both Australia and Europe. James is currently the Fund Manager for Bayley Stuart – The Precinct Office Fund and was prior at ESR Australia (formerly ARA Australia) as a capital transaction manager working on a number of mixed use/office assets across Australia. Prior to joining ARA James worked with EY.

Ryan Simpson

Asset Manager

Ryan has more than 10 years’ experience in property and asset management. Before joining Bayley Stuart, Ryan was at ESR Australia (formerly ARA Australia) as an asset manager working on a number of office assets across Australia where he was responsible for managing a team of external property managers and facilities managers. Ryan was integral in conducting financial due diligence as part of acquisitions and disposals, financial reporting, valuation analysis, leasing negotiations and operational risk assurance and sustainability. Prior to this, Ryan was an Investment Property Analyst with the Perron Group.

Damien Abela

Asset Manager

Damien has more than 14 years’ experience in the property industry with a broad range of experience across valuations, leasing and property management for a variety of asset types including office, retail and industrial.  Prior roles include Property Relationship Manager at the Port of Melbourne, Senior Leasing Manager at the University of Melbourne, Leasing Manager at Cushman and Wakefield (Australia Post Account – Vic/Tas) and Certified Practising Valuer/Executive Retail Leasing at Savills. Damien is an Asset Manager at Bayley Stuart and is responsible for a number of office buildings located in Melbourne.

Lev Driker

Investment Analyst

Lev joined BSC in 2018 as an Investment Analyst. Lev has over nine years of industry experience in asset consulting and investment management, property investment advisory and financial modelling. Lev provides quantitative analysis, investment research and support functionality for the Team including feasibility modelling, investment due diligence, cashflow forecasting and budgeting and macro analysis.

Jackson Wilson

Assistant Asset Manager
Jackson joined Bayley Stuart in 2022 starting as an Intern Analyst whilst completing degree. Currently engaged as Assistant Asset Manager across a number of the Bayley Stuart assets, Jackson provides multifaceted support in various operations, including analysis, facility management & asset management. Jackson holds a Bachelor of Economics & Finance and has commenced further post grad studies in Property at RMIT.

Rhondda Millevoy

Office Manager / EA

Rhondda has over 20 years’ experience in Office Management and high level EA support including, commercial real estate, consulting, accounting, pearling and transportation sectors. Rhondda is responsible for the day-to-day office management / EA and administration support. Prior to joining Bayley Stuart Rhondda was an EA / Project Assistant at Nous Group.
